About the owner

Kathy Schmidt absolutely loves designing wedding invitations! She was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and graduated in 2006 from Western Washington University with a bachelor's degree in graphic design. This past July she got married and had the time of her life planning every little detail. Since then, she has started an invitation business called Max & May Design based out of Kirkland, WA and is eager & excited to see how it evolves.

On her free time she enjoys fitness, camping, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She hopes to travel someday to Italy, Japan and Australia.
